Registered office
[EDIT: Full postal address including PIN code. A real, checkable address matters more than you might think — journalists, funders and courts all look for one, and its absence is read as a signal.]

Registration

Helpline hours and languages
[EDIT: State the real hours. "24×7" is only worth printing if somebody genuinely answers at three in the morning; if not, a stated 9 to 6 that is actually kept builds more trust than a promise that is broken. List the languages your volunteers can actually take a call in.]
Grievances
Complaints about anyone acting in NCGC's name, including any demand for payment, go to office@ncgc.in and are placed before the governing council. Give the name, the date and what was said or done.
Panel advocates are independent professionals and are not our employees. A complaint about the professional conduct of an advocate can also be taken to the State Bar Council with which they are enrolled.
